  • Location: 221 N Bald Head Wynd Unit 14B, Bald Head Island, NC 28461; in the Timbercreek Condos.
  • Marsh Haven is the bottom unit (there is another unit on top of it).
  • Under the unit is a garage and carport area where the grill, golf carts, and other items are located.
  • On the side of the building closest to the marsh is where the kayaks are kept.
  • 2 Golf Carts (4 seat)

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No pets allowed at this property.
  • Maximum occupancy: 7 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
  • Minimum age of primary renter: 25 years. The Tenant stated in the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will occupy the property during the entire tenancy.
  • No events or parties allowed. If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
  • If determined that a party took place during any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver.
  • Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. There are no refunds if pool is closed for any reason.
